With the popularity of the Internet and smartphones, life itself has become more and more estranged from concrete reality and more consumed with abstractions. I sometimes wonder if people know what a person actually is anymore. We can see a person right in front of us, and even their presence reduce them to a type or idea, not a full-fledged person. To understand Jesus, it becomes apparent that we should understand ourselves and others in truth, as human beings. We learn this through genuine conversation and reflection.<br /><br />Thanks for the post, and for teaching me about the "Mush god." I haven't heard of that before.
